Installing fire doors with minimum disruption

This project, in a busy Northampton Primary School, required 28 fire doors including classroom doors, cupboard doors, and double doors, some with side screens and top lights, all to be fitted at a time that would cause the least amount of disruption to the daily school routine.

Timing of this project was crucial, waiting for the end of the Autumn Term, our installation team’s flexibility enabled the project to begin on the first weekend of the school Christmas holiday, and it was completed by Christmas Eve… with no disruption to the pupils and staff, these fantastic looking new fire doors were ready for the beginning of 2026.
