Congratulations Lewis!

Lewis, one of our Fire Door Maintenance Engineers, has successfully completed his NVQ Level 2 Passive Fire Protection qualification through our Academy and working together with Now Get Qualified (NGQ).

This NVQ is for those who are experienced at firestopping and PFP works, with more detailed training relating to –

+ Installing fire stopping and penetration seals
+ Installing fire resisting timber door assemblies and doorsets
+ Health, safety and welfare
+ Access/working platforms
+ Moving, handling, and storing resources

Lewis has demonstrated practical skills in the relevant areas of passive fire protection systems, shown understanding and awareness of a good level of work-related knowledge and competence, and proven the ability to carry out work safely and to an excellent standard.
